Introduction. In recent years, there has been a rapid development of telemedicine (TM), which is due to the real need for healthcare. In March 2020, a new subdivision was organized in the structure of the Center for Medical Prevention of the Department of Health of the City of Moscow – TM Center Moscow Department of Health (MDH). The main objective of the center was to provide remote advisory medical care to residents of the city of Moscow. Medical consultations by means of TMT in the TM center of MDH are carried out within the framework of a two-way dialogue between a doctor and a patient.

The purpose of the publication: to present the features of the organizational and treatment-and-prophylactic work of the TM center of the MDH in the direction of telemedicine consulting «doctor-patient».

Materials and methods. For the descriptive part of the article and the structure of the work of the TM center of the MDH, the law-forming documents of the MDH, analytical reports of the TM center of the MDH for the period of work 2020–2022, and internal regulatory documents and materials on the support system for medical and patient decisions were used.

Results. Since March 2020, the doctors of the TM center of the MDH have conducted more than 2 million remote consultations in the "doctor-patient" direction. In the medical care system of the city of Moscow, the specialists of the center have successfully introduced: telemedicine consultations for various categories of patients, dynamic monitoring of the condition of patients and the interaction of doctors of the TM center of the MDH with medical prevention departments in the clinics of the city of Moscow. Telemedicine consulting in the «doctor-patient» format organized by the TM center of the MDH significantly expands the possibilities of providing medical care to the population in diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive areas.

Conclusion. The organization of the work of the TM center in the city of Moscow has proved its effectiveness and can be translated as a model for organizing TM centers in the national health care system for other regions of the country.
