In the Sverdlovsk region, a regional automated obstetric monitoring system was introduced, designed for continuous monitoring of pregnant women in the region, starting from the stage of dispensary registration, the appointment and implementation of an action plan, delivery (or other pregnancy outcome), and until the end of 42 days of the postpartum period , including outpatient and inpatient phases of medical care with remote control and decision support system technologies.
