Systematization of a medical and management issues of a patient initiated direct-to-consumer telemedicine consultations has been made. Results have been united in the connected blocks: patients selection, identification, telemedicine evaluation, conclusion and documentation, responsibility, care continuity, quality control, typical errors. Quality criteria for a direct-to-patient telemedical service have been formulated.
