The Internet of medical things requires scientific substantiation of application with an assessment of clinical efficacy and safety, for which it is necessary to conduct scientific and clinical studies. Accelerating the effective implementation of new technologies will require the training of health workers and patients to use them in practice. Legislation and registration issues needs special attention, thus a new set of regulations and approaches have to be developed.
