Development of cross-platform application for a virtual medical consultations

Current methods of medical consultations had been evaluated. Approaches for improvement of quality and availability of medical care should be backgrounded at mobile and web technologies. The paper are focused on electronic medical consultations, electronic prescription and patient data management via modern Internet technologies. The National Health Service of Great Britain is given as an example.
