An eHealth legislation, accepted by the government in 2017 year, opens a new possibilities for a wide introduction of telemedicine into routine clinical work-flow. Of course, a set of documents and regulation principles have to be developed in nearest future. Speical attention must be focused on problems of direct-to-consumer telemedicine. Experience accumulation and analysis will make a an evidence-based background for a clinical standards and norms.
