The informed consent as a key part of telemedicine consultation legislation

Analysis of the modern legislation in the field of public health services, computer science and telecommunications had been performed. Results shows that signed informed consent is a key document which allows to make telemedicine consultation safe. This is fully legal document which preserve and realize patient’s rights (choice of a doctor and a medical organization, refusal of a medical intervention and so on).
